r a n d a l l  .  p a c k e r Director of Multimedia, San Jose Museum of Art Randall Packer is a composer and media artist, who is director of multimedia at the San Jose Museum of Art and lecturer in digital media in the Department of Art Practice at UC Berkeley. He has just completed an interactive timeline installation for the Museum's recent exhibition, "Alternating Currents: American Art in the Age of Technology", and is currently planning and developing the Museum's Multimedia Center, scheduled to open in 1999.
